Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness, that frightens us.
We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world.
There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It's not just in some of us, it's in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fears, our presence automatically liberates others. |

How many of us continue to wallow in bewilderment because we do not know our true Nature. When challenged to look honestly at what we want, I discover many people withdraw in fear and rationalized his as a self-indulgent or selfish path. Quite the contrary, as people find their true Path, they inevitably realize their connection with to al creation. Jung said we need to teach people how to see the light that is already there. The Buddhists have long posited that most of us are ignorant, or asleep, most of the time. It is in waking up to True Nature that we see, and act, with equanimity and clarity. As Ma said, " the Self will be nourished," and the split between Inner and Outer Nature will be healed.
